Kayla is an editor and creative producer whose work aims to shift the homogenous nature of the fashion and media industries by shedding light on brands, creators, and artists who are often overlooked or who are paving a unique path in their realm. Although her primary focuses are fashion and sustainability, she enjoys having conversations with individuals from all walks of life. Kayla holds current positions as a Creative Editor at HYPEBEAST, writer and interview facilitator at office Magazine, Sustainability Editor at PhotoBook Magazine, and a contributor at V Magazine, VMAN, Brooklyn Magazine, and Very Good Light.

Kayla Curtis-Evans is a New York-based multi-disciplinary editor, writer, and creative producer. 

Kayla has worked with brands spanning from the luxury space - including Valentino, Gucci, Dior, Saint Laurent, and more - to the streetwear realm (Nike, ASICS, Vans, etc.) Spotlighting independent and emerging brands/talent is something she is immensely passionate about, as uplifting creators is the ultimate goal of her work.

Notable interviews include Euphoria's nail artist Natalie Minerva and makeup artist Donni Davy, Coco Jones, celebrity stylists Chloe and Chenelle, Role Model, Beatrice Domond, and more.

Kayla is always available for commission pieces or to freelance for publications.
